Jenna Gatto
Jenna is the student law clerk at Driscoll Anderson Reynard. Jenna graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with her B.A. in English and a Minor in History of Art and Architecture in 2020. She is currently working toward finishing her law degree at the University of San Diego’s School of Law, where she has just entered her third and final year.
Jenna is a recipient of the Dean’s Honor Scholarship from the University of San Diego’s School of Law. During her second year of law school, Jenna was a member of the Mediation Competition Team. She competed in the American Bar Association’s Representation in Mediation Competition, where she was a National Semifinalist, placing third in the country of 64 competitors. Going into her third year, Jenna was selected to be the student coach of the Mediation Competition Team.
Jenna has also had the honor of being selected as a Faculty Research Assistant for two faculty members at the University of San Diego’s School of Law. She has assisted in writing an article about Constitutional Traditionalism published in USC’s Southern California Law Review; an article about the legal effect of the Dobbs decision on clinicians published in the American Journal of Public Health; and assisted a faculty member with research that was cited multiple times in the majority opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark decision: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau v. Community Financial Services Association Of America.
Jenna lives in sunny San Diego where she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, and traveling as much as possible.
