Susan Phillips | Of Counsel

Susan Phillips has been practicing law in California for over 45 years. She practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, taxation, business and real estate.

In January of 2026 she joined Driscoll Anderson Reynard LLP Susan is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law, a designation which was awarded to her by the State Bar of California in 1983.

She is a past chair of the Taxation Section of the San Diego County Bar Association.

Susan attended Wellesley College and Brandeis University and obtained her law degree at New York University. At NYU, she was the Senior Editor of the Moot Court Board.

Susan’s community involvement includes serving as a past member of the board of the Peninsula YMCA and serving currently as a member of the Scripps Health Gift Planning Advisory Council.

Her favorite activity is spending time with her four nieces and nephews and her eight great-nieces and great-nephews.
